Fast Dispatch
Most orders ship out within 1 business day (excluding preorders). Processing may take up to 7 business days during peak times, and preorder customers will be updated with expected timelines.
Delivery Times

Shipping Costs
Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, weight, and selected method. You can review options before completing your order.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please check both your inbox and spam folder.
Customs & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees. These are not included at checkout. If refused, return shipping and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds.
Damaged Packages & Warranty
All products include a tamper-evident seal. If an item arrives damaged but the seal is intact, contact us immediately for a replacement. Once the seal is removed, warranty coverage ends.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, missing, or has tracking issues, contact us within 30 days of receiving your package. We’ll work with carriers to resolve it.
