TERMS OF SERVICE – veloxclubs

1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase, possession, and use of all products and services provided by Veloxclubs  (“Veloxclubs ” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including all related affiliates, contractors, and representatives.

By purchasing or using any Veloxclubs product, you (“customer” or “user”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Intended Use

Veloxclubs products are specialty automotive accessories intended primarily for controlled, private, or display environments, including but not limited to:

 

• Photography and videography

• Promotional or social media content

• Car shows, exhibitions, and events

• Racetracks or motorsport venues

• Private property or off-road use

Our products are not designed, approved, or marketed for unlawful use on public roads where prohibited.

3. Compliance With Laws

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, installation, and use of any Veloxclubs product complies with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.

Veloxclubs makes no representation or guarantee regarding the legality of any product in a specific jurisdiction. Legal responsibility for compliance rests entirely with the customer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veloxclubs shall not be liable for any fines, penalties, enforcement actions, or legal consequences resulting from improper or unlawful use.

4. Marketing and Content Disclaimer

All marketing materials, including images, videos, advertisements, and social media content published by Veloxclubs are provided solely for promotional and illustrative purposes.

 

Such content may depict controlled environments or stylized scenarios for creative presentation. These materials do not constitute legal advice, guarantees of legality, or endorsement of unlawful behavior.

Any interpretation of marketing content as authorization for illegal use is solely the responsibility of the viewer or customer.

5. Product Specifications and Installation Responsibility

Product dimensions, specifications, and compatibility details are provided on applicable product pages. The customer is responsible for verifying compatibility with their specific vehicle and intended application prior to purchase.

 

Improper installation, modification, excessive force, or use outside intended parameters is solely the responsibility of the customer.

6. Limitation of Liability

Veloxclubs products are not security devices and do not guarantee protection against theft, damage, vandalism, or misuse. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veloxclubs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or misuse of any product, including but not limited to vehicle damage, legal consequences, or third-party claims.

7. Responsible Use

By purchasing a Veloxclubs product, the customer agrees to use the product responsibly, ethically, and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any misuse, whether intentional or unintentional, remains the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Veloxclubs operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

 

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights the customer may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Amendments

Veloxclubs reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued purchase or use of our products following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
